Reliability Design of Diesel Generating-sets
The Diesel Generating-sets(DGS) is the most popular source for the field weapon, the reliability level of DGS will directly impact to the reliability and using efficiency of weapon system, as well as the fighting missions success. However, the reliability lever of DGS is low in a long term because of the machine and electricity composing and so on. The paper analyses from the infirm node of DGS, working on design of the reliability of DGS, instructing engineer comprehend the method that should keep the design of the reliability of DGS through study production. The emphases is meet the new plan high demand that DGS at low temperature start-up、 noise declining、enhance the reliability, so educing the emphases about the reliability of DGS design of low temperature start-up、 heat under low noise environment、 vibration reducing, and the design of parallel running to increase the mission reliability of DGS.
