Study of Shock Test Condition of Particle Shock Noise Detection for Space Relay Remainders
Particle Shock Noise Detection is the standard for detecting remainders in hermetic electronic components and it is also an obligatory screening test after manufacture of the components. Shock is an important process in particle shock noise detection. This paper establishes the mathematical model of shock, and then researches the influence of system parameters on the shock acceleration. The relationship between minimum shock acceleration and characteristic parameters of the reminder particles is investigated based on electricity image force theory; an equivalent shock condition table is given in this paper based on The damage equivalent principle; and corresponding experiments are carried on. This paper has laid the foundation for the further research.
