A New Fuzzy Algorthm of Reliability-Degree
Reliability is an important factor to measure the reliability of an object (including systems, products, components, etc.)- There are lots of fuzzy phenomenon in engineering. At this point, the science needs calculation of reliability based on fuzzy theory. In recent years, many scholars have studied the calculation of fuzzy reliability-degree and make a number of solutions. These methods generally fall into two categories:① Direct calculate use of Professor L.A.Zadehs fuzzy probability formula.② Make the calculation based on the cut-set concept of fuzzy mathematics.Therefore , this paper offers a method of calculating the fuzzy reliability-degree which based on the subtraction of fuzzy number. It is characterized by more clear principle, less steps of calculation. The method is applicable the case when the generalized stress, generalized intensity are fuzzy variables. In order to expand the scope of application of this method, the paper also put forward a random variable will be converted into fuzzy variables. In this way, the algorithm of fuzzy reliability-degree which offered by this paper will be applied combination of circumstances when the stress, strength as fuzzy variable and random variable.
