Study on Reliability Testing for AC Contactors

摘要：

AC contactor is one kind of the important appliance applied to control the AC main circuit making and breaking. It is in wide-ranging use in the electric power system and automatic control system. And it is important to improve its performance and reliability. Failure mode of AC contactor has structure, characteristics, and exposure to the misuse of failure. Contact failure is the ultimate failure mode of various manifestations. In this paper, we present the cost of space-based study of the reliability of integrated thinking, and take tests on the reconstructive AC contactor to test the reliability of materials testing, failure analysis, thereby propose improvements which can reduce the cost of improvements and ensure reliability.
