Electromagnetic Relay Contacts to Optimize the Design of Long-Lived

Relay has been a long-life indicators for a sign of a high level of foreign relays. Factors that affect the life of a lot of relays, contact the physical movement of the relay is the key to life. In this paper, the process by analyzing the physical-contact sport disconnect find ablated and metal contacts to reduce the transfer of methods, drawn two important factors: static and dynamic contact stiffness of the contact breaking force.
