Study on Moulded Case Circuit Breaker Reliability Test Equipment
According to Moulded Case Circuit Breaker Reliability Test Method- standards (GB/Z 22074-2008 ) , this paper summed up the basic requirements of the operation, instantaneous protection and the protection of reliability test on Moulded Case Circuit Breaker. The design idea which adopted the main computer-controlled and detected test equipment circuit and the detection control circuit is put forward in this paper. In order to improve the test voltage and the control accuracy of current, it designed a voltage and current control system with a voltage regulator of position feedback; It described the rapid methods about estimating AC voltage amplitude and the calculating method of power factor about the FFT signal processing technology.
