The Research of Reliability Test Based on Virtual Instrument Technology for Contactor
The contactor is a kind of low voltage electrical apparatus which has a large amount and wide application scope. It is widely applied to electric power system and control system. The contactors quality and reliability are very important.The contactor reliability tested system based on virtual instrument technology is presented in this paper. It introduces the main working principle, hardware architecture and design process of the software about the system. The software system designed by the Labview platform can implement the automatic control of the tested system, and achieve the functions of the data real-time acquisition and processing, parameter modification, preservation and query of the relevant tested data. According to the National Standard Reliability test method for lower capacity alternating current contactors, we can take reliability test on the contactor, and determine the reliability grade of the contactor. Result proves that the reliability test software designed by the virtual instrument technology has high efficiency, steady performance, easy operation and friendly interface for users. It can be applied and extended in many industry fields.
