Research on Motor Fault Diagnosis Based on Fuzzy Algorithm
In the course of motor operation, according to the information of failure signs of motor operation, determine the reasons for motor fault diagnosis and take reasonable measures, which are significant for protecting the safe operation of production and reducing maintenance costs. In this paper, through the establishment of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to describe relationship between the cause of the malfunction and the sign of failure, combined with the actual operation of the motor and on-site expertise to identify fuzzy relationship matrix integrated, with a threshold method to deal with the cause of the malfunction vector in order to achieve comprehensive diagnosis of electrical fault; The final with a example of specific motor fault diagnosis shows the feasibility and practicality of such diagnostic methods.
