Research on Reliability of the Data Termination Unit Real-time Monitoring System for Drunk Driving

As Chinas economic development, there are about 176,551,129 vehicles and 129,147,722 drivers. Peoples participation in a growing number of communicative activities, while drinking is a common phenomenon in exchanges. Wine culture is one of Chinese traditional culture, the masters urge somebody to drink at the banquet frequently also is necessary ritual and divers are usually difficult to self-made on such occasions. Therefore, drink driving accident increased year by year. In recent years, public security traffic management departments continue to strengthen against drink driving and other serious traffic offenses investigation and punishment. However, drink driving, illegal road investigate is conducted only in the key period, on focus sessions and major road, can not monitor the entire region ail day. The result is the people who have opportunity to take risks. There would be no irregularities if remediation for some time Once the rectification is over, there is rebound phenomenon of drink-driving offenses, forming a vicious circle. We believe that there must be strict management and heavy penalties for drink driving, while also supplemented by technical means from the source control is the best way. Therefore, we used advanced sensor technology and computer and wireless communication technology developed a set of high-reliability work around the clock monitoring system for drink driving by comparing the reliability model. To drunk driving, we tips and forced her to stop by the detection system which was installed in the vehicle and spread the information to the upper plane on Traffic Control Center by the way of real-time wireless transmission and was disposed timely by Traffic Control Center.
