摘要：

Welcome to 3rd International Conference on Reliability of Electrical Products and Electrical Contacts. It is a great pleasure and my distinct privilege as Chairman of the conference to welcome you to Wenzhou, China. 3rd International Conference on Reliability of Electrical Products and Electrical Contacts was held in Jiangxin Riverview Hotel, Wenzhou, China, from October 18 to 21, 2009. Besides the planned activities include some possibilities to visit several companies. It was organized by Electrical Products Reliability Society of Chinese Electrotechnical Society, supported by Yueqing Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, and sponsored by People Ele.
