Integrated a-Si:H TFT Gate driver for 14.1-inch WXGA TFT-LCD

摘要：

An integrated a-Si:H TFT gate driver for 14.1-inch WXGA (1280×RGB×800) TFT-LCD has been developed. A major feature of the driving circuit is that no TFT device suffers from a successive DC bias. This alleviates significantly the shifts of threshold voltages of the TFTs, making the driver highly reliable in a long term. Experimental results show that the proposed a-Si:H TFT gate driver is suitable for TFT-LCD application.
