An AMOLED Pizel Circuit for VTH Compensation with Minimized Signal Lines

摘要：

This paper proposes an AMOLED pixel circuit design. The circuit has minimized signal lines, namely one scanning line, one data line, and one DC power supply line for each pixel. Threshold voltage shift or non-uniformity of driving TFT can be partially compensated. Simulation results are also presented and discussed.
