Improvement of the Phosphor Performance for BaAl2S4:Eu Blue-emitting Thin-films with Fluoride Compounds

摘要：

The fluoride compounds were used to prepare the BaAl2S4:Eu thin-films. The fluoride compounds enhance the reaction of starting materials and accelerate the crystallization of BaAl2S4 crystal. The blue emission intensity of BaAl2S4:Eu thin-films prepared with fluoride compounds were improved. It is related to the fluoride compounds act as a flux material.
