In the increasingly intense national power competition in respect of economic strength, national defense power and national cohesion, whether a country can have a share in the area of high technology has become the key to safeguard national sovereignty and economic security. It is important to develop high technology and relevant industry while intellectual property right protection is the lifeline of the development of Zhejiang high-tech industry. And intellectual property protection system is essential to Zhejiang high-tech industry.
