Performance Evaluating Innovation-Oriented

Traditional evaluating tends to execute repeated calculation. Weighted virtue, competence, diligence & achievement will possibly lead to a random result. Efficiency loss and drive lack are its two other drawbacks. To pursue optimum & equity of evaluation at a low performance level is meaningless, as will surely pay the price by sacrifice of efficiency or benefit. Traditional evaluations mode of result appraisal after event is by no means stimulation, so evaluation loses its own value. Multi-dimension, achievement creation, dark-box operation and team-based assessing are the authors vision on innovative assessing.
