Improving Performance Evaluation Model for Business Organizations Based on Social Responsibility Contribution

With the social effects of their operating activities under even closer public scrutiny, business organizations need to constantly review the expectations of their stakeholders in order to ensure steady growth. Further, methods based on more scientific theories should be adopted to evaluate their business performance. In view of the social responsibility shouldered by most business organizations in the present situation, this paper divides the standards for a responsibility-related evaluation mechanism into smaller categories. It also compares and contrasts some commonly used strategies for performance evaluations and offers a few suggestions about how to improve the evaluation model for business organizations.
