The Enlightenment of Japans Corporate Culture for the Cultural Construction of Chinas Small and Medium Enterprises

摘要：

In this paper, the commonness and differences between Chinas and Japans enterprises are compared and analyzed. This paper interprets the Enlightenment of Japans corporate culture for cultural construction of Chinas small and medium enterprises (SMEs), also constructive suggestions are issued, it is extremely significant for constructing harmonious corporate culture of Chinas SMEs.
