Competitive Advantages Analysis for SMEs Industrial Clusters

摘要：

SMEs industrial clusters possess the following features: (1) they can obtain relatively lower cost by sharing common infrastructure, such as roads, electricity facilities, water supply, and drainage because they are geographically gathered; (2) they tend to realize specialized labor division, scale production, and positive mutual activities between production and demands; (3) they tend to generate gathering effect and realize scale economy; (4) they obtain gathered talents and information; (5) they tend to create regional brand with gathered customers and group effect. These features contribute to a series of advantages demonstrated by production cost, productivity, economic efficiency, innovative motion, and brand effect.
