Research of Independent Innovative Capability of SMEs

摘要：

This paper firstly introduced the concept and institute factors of enterprise independent innovation and analysed the key reasons of the current situation of poor innovative capabilities of Chinese SMEs; combining previous analysis with the actual conditions of enhancing independent innovation of SMEs, key policy suggestions were discussed from three aspects: enterprises, government and society.
