Analysis of the Value Innovation Strategy for Small and Medium Enterprises
This paper dissects the basic connotation of the value innovative strategies, analysis of this strategic thinking to the inspiration for the development of small and medium enterprises(SMEs), makes SMEs way to implement this strategy, and comes to the conclusion that through the implementation of value innovative strategies and the thinking beyond the scope of traditional competition, SMEs can find ways to break the conventional value innovation so as to get the rapid development.
