Research on the Competitive Intelligence and Small and Medium Enterprises Crisis Management

摘要：

The small and medium-sized enterprises are playing a more and more important role in our countrys economic development. The crisis management is becoming an important issue that SME must face and deal with carefully. Based on introducing the enterprise crisis management theory, this paper analyzes the crisis management from the point of competitive information, and brings the theory of competitive information into the small and medium-sized enterprises crisis management system, and applies the technologies of competitive information to various stages of crisis management.
