Research on Process Analysis and Technological Innovation of Small or Medium-sized Enterprise
The article takes Hong Zan fireworks factory for object, synthesize the current production situation and capacity of the enterprise, with the flow analysis techniques and the concept of innovation, to analyse and improve the process flow. Using the modeling and simulation technology to simulate the improved production scene flow, the process flow of the production scene will be optimized, the profits of the enterprise will be improved, and the integrated enterprise market competitive power will be increased too.
