Study on the Optimized Dyeing Technology of Wood Veneer Based on Reducing Discharge of Wastewater
In order to increase the added value of plantation grown wood, dyeing technology is often used to treat wood. In this study, acidic mixture dyestuff was adopted to dye wood veneer with less discharge of the waste water by orthogonal experiments. The results showed that the best dyeing conditions for platanus orientals was that dye solution temperature about 60 ℃, dye solution concentration of 0.5%, dyeing time about 80 minutes, pH value 4.5, and penetrating agent concentration 0.3%; the best dyeing conditions for loblolly pine: dye temperature about 80℃, dye concentration of 0.5%, dyeing time about 50 minutes, pH value 4.5, and penetrating agent concentration 0.3%.
