Strategies of ICT Adoption by SMEs in China
With the development of knowledge society and information technology in China, more and more firms need to develop competitive advantages depends on using of information and communication technology(ICTs), which is a key element of success in market. Particularly, those small and medium sized enterprises(SMEs), whose survival depends, among other factors, on the use they make of ICTs to develop new organizational models, create opportunity and compete in new market or improve their internal and external communication relationships. Through giving the relevance of this topic, the present work mainly studies the strategies of the adoption of ICT among SMEs in China. To do this, we first introduce the concept of ICT, and other countries situation for using ICT, whatever related to policies by government or effectiveness of applying to ICT by SMEs. Then, we release the main benefits to prove the feasibility of carrying out ICT strategy. The third is to explore the strateges and path which can implement ICT strategy successfully by Chinas SMEs. Finally, we conclude by reviewing the former points to certain areas of SEMs.
