The Effect of Human Resource on Dynamic Capability in New Ventures
Dynamic capability studies have expanded into entrepreneurship field. It has become an important branch of strategic management in established firms study, however, its the beginning in entrepreneurial research. The paper aims to study how human resource affects dynamic capability in new ventures. Based on organizational learning theory we construct the research model and put forward three hypothesises. In order to examine them we collect data in Changchun city adopting survey method. After collecting the data we adopt AMOS5.0 software to analyze our data. Finally the results show that human resource has direct positive effect on dynamic capability; human resource has direct positive effect on organizational learning and organizational learning has positive effect on dynamic capability. So, organizational learning indeed has intermediate effect between human resource and dynamic capability. And the intermediate effect is larger than the direct effect.
