The Causes and Risk Management of SMEs Accounts Receivable Based on Information Asymmetry
As China significantly accelerated its pace in market economy, market competition became more and more intense and complex. Currently, credit has become a popular choice for SME, but problems such as huge amount of accounts receivable and higher default rate also increase. To deal with these issues, management of accounts receivable and improvement of accounts receivable management level are of great significance for SME development, as well as Chinas economic development. In this paper, analysis the causes of SMEs accounts receivable through the establishment of a game model. Asymmetry formation has important implications on small and medium-sized accounts receivable. Based on the SME receivables analysis of the causes, this study provides countermeasures accordingly and we hope it can do some help for SME in the management of accounts receivable.
