One Financial Orientation of Chinese SMEs: Pawn Financing and Its Law and Economics Analysis

Pawn financing had been overlooked for more than two decades in China. In the current financial crisis, the financing constraints of Chinese private Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) have become more prominent. Due to the difficulties of financing, a large number of Chinese SMEs are in a difficult financial predicament. Pawnbroking has the advantage of short-term emergency financing, and we should pay more attention to it. In this article, the author analyzed many of the pawn business issues, and finally, put forward his own thinking.
