A Study of Risk Investment in SMEs in China

摘要：

Small and Medium-sized Enterprises ( SMEs) are playing an increasingly important role in Chinas national economy, but SMEs in China generally suffer difficult access to financial resources, a problem that may be effectively addressed by development of risk investment. Through analysis of the current situation of risk investment in Chinese SMEs and the problems with risk investment practice, this paper, with a case study of Alibaba.com, tries to find the solutions to problems with risk investment in SMEs and contribute to rewarding interaction between risk investment and development of SMEs.
