The difficulty of small and medium-sized enterprises financing especially indirect financing has been fettering the further developing of small and medium-sized enterprises all the time. This text proceeds from the status quo of small and medium-sized enterprises indirect financing of our country, searches in-depth for the factors of the difficulty of small and medium-sized enterprises indirect financing and puts forward effective solutions from aspects of government, financial institutions and small and medium-sized enterprises.
