Empirical Researches on How Banks Support Impact the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises-Data of Jingzhou City of Hubei Province
It is always the research hotspot for scholars on financing of SEMs and most scholars figure out that SEMs have a financing pretty pass. However, there are few empirical researches on how banks support impact the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. We random sampled more than 120 small and medium-sized enterprises and proved by empirical analysis that banks support for the small and medium-sized enterprises in Jingzhou City, Hubei Province improved year by year, which had important significance for the latter to get sustainable development., yet, the total loan amount, percent were low and odds exist within industries, which couldnt match the action banks should bring into play. This indicates there is a severe phenomenon of financial repression. Furthermore, enlarging the percent of loan for small and medium-sized enterprises can accelerate the economic growth.
