The Financial Supporting Effect to the Independent Innovation for Small and Medium-sized Technological Enterprises
This paper choose the panel data of regions of the Yangtze Delta, the Zhujiang Delta, the Northeast old Industrial base, the interior science and technology to encircle to investigate the relationship between the financial supporting and independent innovation for small and medium-sized technological enterprises. The marketability degree and the economic development level in the Yangtse Delta and the Zhujiang Delta region are quite high. These regions small and medium-sized enterprise quantities are many, the scale is big, the development independent innovative activities are quite early. The finance system is relatively maturely, the efficiency of using capital in these regions are quite high. However, in the Northeast old Industrial base and the interior science and technology circle, the State-owned business is numerous, the history of the science and technology small and medium-sized enterprise independent innovation in these region is no long, investment and finance system are not so perfect, there for, the efficiency of using loan in these region is so good. Above may cause financial system supporting effect to the independent innovation for small and medium-sized technological enterprises unremarkable.
