Analyze on Financing Chinese Teztile Enterprises Through the Global Downturn
Chinese textile industry, which mainly consists of medium and small textile enterprises, is experiencing a suffering, when the financial crisis happened in 2008. Finance difficulty has become the most serious difficulty for textile industry. On the basis analyzing the financing status, the author find out the mainly reasons of finance difficulty for Chinese medium and small textile enterprises are: high threshold of capital market, imperfect credit information system, low credit, less asset and poor cost-effectiveness. Finding the way out throughout reasons, giving the path to medium and small textile enterprises to break the finance difficulty from the government, industry association, enterprise and financial institution.
