Research on Evolution and Optimization of the High-tech SMEs Financing Path-Illustrated by the Case of Zhongguancun Park
The high -tech enterprises always grow with capitals optimal allocation and financing paths optimization. This articles research object is the financing path of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). By generalizing the evolution of high-tech enterprises financing paths-represented by the enterprises in Beijing Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park, I consider that there are several limitations existing: the shortage of government supportive fund, the imperfection of investment and financing system ,and the lack of administrative talents. Then I put forward a feasible proposal to optimize the financing path, including perfect the construction of risk investment system, promote the debt financing and intensify the training of financing professionals in high-tech enterprises.
