Systematic Thinking About Incentive of Knowledge Staff
The creativeness of knowledge staff brings about the difficulty of management. According to the contract theory, the organization and employee is a pair of objects maintained by multi-dimensional contract and the purpose of the contract is to effectively regulate and restrain the behaviors of the two, so as to realize the combination of organization efficiency and interest of employee. Whether it can be realized will be determined by the satisfaction degree of the employees needs and the feature of cooperative system. For the incentive of knowledge staff, the inventive degree the employee received and the contribution made for the realization of organization goals are determined by the coupling degree between the system satisfying the needs of employees and the system of the employees working environment. Therefore, the managers needs to made careful analysis on the elements of the system and organic design, keep the coordination of each element and maintain the effectiveness of the incentive methods.
