Strategy Study on the Human Resource Management System in Minor Enterprise
Under the global financial crisis, minor enterprises are facing unprecedented challenges as well as opportunities for development. Weak core competitiveness and low overall quality in Chinas minor enterprises have seriously prevented enterprises from developing. And the suggestions are made in accordance with these problems, e.g. establishing full-scale and strategic human Resource system, establishing multi-level human resource training and development system, establishing scientific and systematic motivation system, optimizing the allocation of human resource, and establishing cohesive corporate culture.
