Compensation Satisfaction on Senior and General Staff Impact Company Performance in Potential-Case Study from 50 SMEs in Yichang City, Hubei Province
The compensation satisfaction of management in small and medium-sized enterprises can directly affect the firms performance, what about the impact of staffs compensation satisfaction on the firms performance? The investigation results of management and staffs compensation satisfaction in 50 small and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Yichang show that compensation satisfaction of management is different from that of staff. It is proved that improving staffs compensation satisfaction can produce twice the impact of that of management on firms Return On Equity (ROE). Its consequently concluded that a firm should spare more efforts to improve staffs compensation satisfaction to increase the firms benefit while ensuring managements compensation satisfaction.
