Research on Employee Competence Features Selection in Small and Medium Size Companies
According to the features of small and medium size companies, this paper put forward that in basis of position duties, we should select the employee competence model based on two main lines, one of which is decomposition of company development goal, and the other is the core competence and value of a company. And we should also select employee competences on three layers including organization, team and individual. Finally, we indicate that employee competence should be given constant renovation, abstraction, dynamic adjustment according to the change of company strategic goals and that of core competences.
