Research on the Competency Model of Chinas SME Transnational Operation Talents
During the research, diversified methods, such as literature reference, interview, questionnaire survey and statistical analysis, were adopted, and some representative SMEs in Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta where there are relatively more SMEs are surveyed and interviewed in order to know the current status and training modes of SME transnational operation talents, enterprise requirements for the competency of transnational operation talents, talent development strategies adopted by enterprises and their performance and effect, and some suggestions on cultivating SME transnational operation talents are also put forward.
