Research on Payment System of Team in Coal Mine

Coal enterprises have characteristics different from other enterprises, Coal companies have high-risk security, poor working environment, and low quality of personnel. According to the design principles of the payment system, the payment system of the direct production of the coal enterprises is designed. It includes seven parts: production wage, annual wage, sick wage, safe wage, material wage, work wage, and other wage. At the same time, the paper analysis the system of the payment which is implemented. The purpose of the paper is establishing a comprehensive, fair and reasonable payment system, it reflects the principle of earning more by working more, so it can incentive employees working hard effectively and ensure achieving organizational goals easily.
