The Outsourcing Strategy of Human Resources Management in Chinese Small and Medium Enterprises Under the Economic Crisis

As the economic crisis arrives, the human resources management is facing a series of new challenges. The Chinese enterprises, especially the small and medium enterprises are confronted with more and more tremendous pressure. How to construct more efficient modes of human resources management and get and maintain competitive advantage has become a problem that needs solved urgently. This article analyses the differences of functional outsourcing of human resources management in the small an medium enterprises based on the fundamental mode of human resources management outsourcing. Also embarking from this analysis, it states the key links of the basic flows and implementation of human resource outsourcing decision in the small and medium enterprises.
