The Financing Options of Real Estate Companies Under Macro-control of China

摘要：

Firstly, This essay illustrates the problems of the small and medium-sized real estate companies under the global financial crisis and Macro-control. Secondly, it analyzes the financial channels and innovations under the circumstance of rapid change of macroeconomic environment. Finally, it gives the suggestions for the small and medium-sized real estate companies on how to resolve the financial problems in the different projects under different developing stages.
