Empirical Study of Entrepreneurial Ezperience: Based on the View of Entrepreneurial Process
Many scholars focus on the entrepreneurial experience in the entrepreneurship field. Based on the view of entrepreneurial process, we explored the relationship between entrepreneurial experience and entrepreneurial activities including opportunities identification, resources acquisition as well as start-up performance, then put forward several hypotheses. In order to examine these hypotheses we collected data in Changchun city by survey. The results of regression analysis showed that entrepreneurial experience had positive effect on opportunities identification, financial resources, network resources, and performance. Finally, suggestions for future research are referred.
