Study on Family Type Management Pattern of Small-Medium Family Enterprise
Regarding to the numbers of small-medium family enterprises which run at the growing stage, traditional family type management still has the most competitive power and vitality. But small-medium family enterprises in China will also face the duty of innovation and transformation. Studies on advantages and disadvantages of the family type management pattern of firms are given in this article, and proposals on the innovation of management are discussed, so as to help the middle and small scale family firms pay attention to problems which they may meet and prevent the problems becoming the bottleneck of development while these firms are growing up.
