The Research on Competency-based Performance Management for Middle Managers

Middle managers play important connecting role in enterprises. Thus, it is not only necessary but also crucial to implement scientific performance management for them. However, due to the specificity of small and medium-sized enterprises, there are many problems in terms of concept and operation in performance management for middle managers. Thus.based on middle managers competency, this article proposes performance management strategies for middle managers in small and medium-sized enterprises.
