Measures to Improve Technological Innovation Ability of Zhejiang SMEs on Basis of Industrial Cluster
As a special form, enterprise cluster plays an important role in regional economic development and technological innovation and attracts the attention of scholars. The enterprises in the enterprise cluster have their own advantages which may improve their innovative ability and save transaction cost. The technological innovation determines the enterprise development and also has a significant impact on the competitive advantage of the enterprise cluster. In respect of technological innovations, enterprise cluster has advantages in network, resource integration of professional division, knowledge disperse and study ability, which may promote technological innovations. It is necessary to take measures to improve the technological innovation ability of Zhejiang medium and small-sized enterprises through the cluster form from the perspective of cluster economy.
