A Study on Value Innovation Strategies of Chinas Economy Hotel Industry
Chinas economy hotel industry has great achievement by a series of value innovation strategies. This paper firstly formulates the current situation of Chinas economy hotel industry, and then draws the strategy canvas economy hotel by comparison with high-star hotels, low-star hotels and social lodging institutes. According to the above, this paper discusses four value innovation strategies of economy hotel from the following four aspects: value/cost ratio, convenience and rapidity, chain operation and hotel E-commerce.
