Establishing and Perfecting Intermediary Trade Organizations to Facilitate Yunnans Small and Medium-sized Enterprises to Enter GMS

摘要：

The authors of the present paper propose that various intermediary mechanisms should be established in order to promote the small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) to enter Greater Mekong Subregion Economic Cooperation Program (GMS) efficiently and economically by providing the SME with all kinds of services such as translation, information, consultation, training, exhibition and so on.
