Innovative Research of Engineering Project Management on BT Mode Under Financial Crisis
In China, some disadvantages are exposed when BT mode is applied in the period of construction. A uniform infrastructure construction financing supervision administration is creativity proposed to set up to overcome the disadvantages. The supervision administration is a management unit of infrastructure construction financing during the period of the application of BT mode. BT financing mode is innovated to promote BT mode to develop their actions fully. With the application of BT mode, to supervise the whole process of engineering cost, subjects finance judgment system, supervision and service consciousness of intermediary organization, and projects evaluation system should be strengthened to ensure the benefits of projects investment and construction. Some measures should be taken to achieve the optimum investment benefits and a good social and economic benefit. The research has positive significance to similar projects adopting BT mode.
