On Enterprise Environmental Liability Mechanism Under Recycling Economy Mode

With the development of Chinas economy, the small and medium-sized enterprises have become the important pillar of economic development, while small and medium-sized enterprises have also resulted in huge resources waste and excessive pollutants emission. Enterprise environmental liability is an important part of enterprise social responsibility, and enterprises should take the initiative to assume the environmental liability in the production and business operation activities. The article analyzes the current development of small and medium-sized enterprises, points out the necessity and importance of small and medium-sized enterprises to assume environmental liability, puts forward the ways for small and medium-sized enterprises to establish environmental liability mechanism under recycling economy mode.
