Study on the Factors of Improvement to Corporate Governance Mechanism
With social material gradually enrich, logistics plays an increasingly important role in economic development, and this group of logistics professionals is also emerging. First of all, from the perspective of the quality of human resource, it analyses the quality status of employees in the logistics industry ,which mainly manifest that the quality of employees is not high, logistics talents is deficient, and the quality of the existing quality structure is irrational. Then from the perspective of human resource management, it takes analysis of the status of human resource management in logistics enterprises, which mainly show that a large number of logistics personnel drain, job analysis and performance evaluation system is not perfect, the lack of high-level business concepts about human resource management. On this basis, some countermeasures are put forward such as, developing the logistics education, strengthening the logistics training of knowledge and skills, strongly integrating the existing logistics industry associations, and fully playing the leading role, as well as building human resource management system of logistics enterprises with logistics characteristics.
